The Stefanini family, already operating as a bathing operator, in the 2005, decides to open the restaurant Franco Mare. Under the direction of god Davide and Nicola (sommelier), Franco Mare increase his name in the world of local cousine, for its quality and service proposal. Research, quality and staff make excellent public feedback and success on the gourmet guides. Specialty of the restaurant is the little fisherman boat owned by the head of household, Andrea, which, with a professional fisherman license, catch the local fish to supply Franco Mare Menu.

Managed since 2012 by Alessandro Filomena, chef of talent and experience, Franco Mare brigade obtained in 2016 the “two forks” on the Michelin Guide. Filomena, growed up in northen Italy, combines knowledge of matter, international experiences, and an innate spirit of research, characterized by details and evolution of tradition. Alessandro is accompanied by a first-rate staff: Alessandro Ferrarini (sous chef), formed by restaurants like Lorenzo and Schuman. The “mise en place” and the internal spaces have been renewed, as well as the team at your service, headed by Massimiliano Martino, Maitre and Robben Gevaert, Sommelier.
