The Stefanini family, already operating as a bathing operator, in the 2005, decides to open the restaurant Franco Mare. Under the direction of god Davide and Nicola (sommelier), Franco Mare increase his name in the world of local cousine, for its quality and service proposal. Research, quality and staff make excellent public feedback and success on the gourmet guides. Specialty of the restaurant is the little fisherman boat owned by the head of household, Andrea, which, with a professional fisherman license, catch the local fish to supply Franco Mare Menu.

Alessandro Ferrarini, young chef of talent, manage the Franco Mare brigade that obtained in 2016 the “two forks” on the Michelin Guide. Ferrarini, combines knowledge of matter with a creative spirit: tradition + evolutuon. The “mise en place” and the internal spaces have been renewed, as well as the team at your service, headed by Massimiliano Martino, Maitre and Robben Gevaert, Sommelier.
